Shyenne Genaille
"I aspire to be an inspiration; through instinct, diligence, and inner strength, I will create added value in everything I do." Teaching is about more than just relaying rules—it’s about connection. Since becoming an instructor in 2021, my goal has been to ensure that every student leaves a session not just with new knowledge, but with a deeper understanding of why their role is essential. I truly value the stories my students bring to the classroom; learning about their diverse backgrounds and what motivates them to join this industry is the highlight of my job. With a career in Traffic Control dating back to 2014, my teaching style is rooted in real-world experience. From emergency call-outs to major highway infrastructure projects, I have seen the industry from the ground up. I bring that technical depth, along with an approachable, down-to-earth energy, into every training session I lead. My mission is to foster a safe, proactive, and knowledgeable workforce, one class at a time.
