Shyenne Genaille
My name is Shyenne Genaille,
I am currently located in Surrey, BC. I have been an instructor since October 2021 . What I love about teaching is that everyone can always take away at least one thing from a teaching session. I also love hearing about personal experiences and why traffic control is chosen as a profession.
I am currently employed as an Operations Manager and Instructor at Lanesafe Group.
My professional experience(s): I have been in the Traffic Control Industry since 2014 and have done all types of work from municipality, utility, highway, major infrastructure projects, & out of town jobs. My favorite type of work is big infrastructure projects, highway work and intersections work that requires large assemblies of traffic control devices.
Two outstanding professional accomplishments with measurable results would be becoming an Operations Manager and Traffic Control Instructor. When I first started in traffic control; I wanted to be a nurse but later decided I want to be in a higher role in this industry and be apart of that change for safety and apart of the preventative sector.
I would describe my personality as bubbly and down to earth.
“I aspire to be an inspiration; through instinct, diligence and inner strength I will create added value in everything I do.” – Author unknown
