Alandra Brochu
Alandra is a dedicated Traffic Control Instructor with three years of experience in teaching and a robust 20-year background in the construction industry. Her diverse roles in construction have provided her with a wealth of knowledge, which she now shares with her students.
Alandra is passionate about traffic management, where she excels as both an educator and a supervisor. She often manages road construction projects, leading teams of up to 30 employees, ensuring safety and efficiency on site. As an OFA Level 3 First Aid Attendant, she prioritizes safety and well-being in all aspects of her work.
Believing that "The key to successful leadership is in influence, not authority," Alandra strives to lead by example. She aims for every student to leave her class not only with a solid understanding of their roles as Traffic Control Persons but also with a positive and encouraging experience. Alandra emphasizes that while fieldwork is crucial for learning, her classroom provides the inspiration to seek out knowledge and develop skills.
