I have been involved in the Traffic Control Industry since 2013. I have held many positions starting with TCP, working my way up to TCS, then Upper Management. I worked on different levels of Traffic Control and Traffic Management plans, including Traffic Management Plans allowing the company I was employed with to move Record Breaking Extreme Loads thru the Province using a combination of Traffic Control and Pilot Vehicles. I did complete my Traffic Control Program Instructor training in 2016. I believe that everyday can offer learning experiences, and that building the culture of "Safety at the Job Site" is the best approach we can all have while performing all aspects of Traffic Control. The best part of being an Traffic Control Instructor is watching the Participants in my Course Presentations learning, understanding and applying the Regulations and Standards that apply to Traffic Control to create a positive work place that provides Safety for everyone at the jobsite, including Workers, TCPs and all Road users.
